Acceptance of Terms. By using https://topknotchconstruction.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service Description. This Site describes Full Bathroom Installation, Home Renovation, Emergency Home Repairs, Handyman Services, Kitchen Remodeling provided by Top Knotch Construction. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Ownership. Top Knotch Construction (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination. Top Knotch Construction may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Top Knotch Construction makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation. In no event will Top Knotch Construction's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Top Knotch Construction harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Choice of Law. MO law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of MO, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Term Changes. Top Knotch Construction may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
