Siding, Windows & Doors
Installing siding or a replacement or new window or door is a great investment to the value of your home and curb appeal, not to mention a great way to save money on heating and air conditioning bills.
Roofing
There is no need to bring in additional contractors to complete your addition. We are the one stop shop with all the tools necessary to finalize your project. Roofing is the finishing touch of any standing structure, and we aren't happy until the job is complete.
Roofs take 2-3 days to complete, depending on the size and weather.

To A Prospective Pool Buyer,
We purchased our Radiant pool with walk in steps from Apollo Pools last September and have thoroughly enjoyed having it. We like the look and feel of an in-ground pool and the paver area surrounding it. It is like our own private resort area. We installed the salt water system and have had to do little upkeep as a result. We have been able to maintain the chlorine level in our pool simply by having the system run.
Justin, from Top Knotch Construction, excavated and installed our 27’ pool. He installed the liner and filled the pool, having to enter it while the cold water was filling to his waist, when the temperature outside was not ideal. He also framed and poured our 3 ½’ concrete walk path. The perimeter blocks were also installed by Justin helping to create our pool resort. We were able to complete our space by adding pavers, an aluminum fence, and landscaping incorporating the pond which we already had. Justin did a great job with this project and we recommend him if you would like a summer resort space of your own.

Justin at Top Knotch Construction helped coordinate and complete a major addition/renovation to our home. The project involved building a 3-car garage and a wraparound porch onto our existing home. Other modifications included replacement windows, new siding, and new roofing over the entire house and garage. We also added a new heat pump, new electrical, several new doorways, new front entry, and new driveway.
